Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Bar Hiring Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts and drive the growth of our organization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new team members. Duties Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments, ensuring timely and effective candidate placement Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment) Conduct high-volume recruiting efforts for various roles, including technical recruiting and executive recruiting, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to optimize talent acquisition efforts and support succession planning initiatives Oversee candidate sourcing activities through research, cold calling, and lead generation to attract qualified applicants Ensure compliance with employment & labor law in all recruiting practices while maintaining HR legal compliance standards Facilitate employee orientation, employee evaluation processes, and employee relations to promote a positive onboarding experience Requirements Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, high-volume recruitment, and technical recruiting within a fast-paced environment Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively Proficiency with talent management software such as Lever, Kenexa BrassRing, UltiPro, Paychex, and HR systems like HRIS platforms Deep understanding of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance standards Demonstrated ability in social media marketing (recruitment), research techniques, and cold calling for candidate sourcing Experience with employee orientation programs, training & development initiatives, and employee relations management Knowledge of HR legal frameworks including employment & labor law to ensure lawful hiring practices Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a high-volume recruitment setting Join us as a Hiring Manager to lead impactful talent acquisition strategies that empower our organization's growth.
