Job Summary Kinetic Energy Services LLC is seeking a detail-oriented, organized and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, managing purchase orders, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. Responsibilities

• Enter and review vendor invoices in accounting software
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receive documentation
• Assist with the process for weekly check runs and ACH payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries
• Assist with month-end closing procedures
• Support accounting and administrative functions as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable experience preferred
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
