Legacy Building | Accounting | Full Time Posted 7 days ago Apply Save Description The Accounting Clerk 2 supports accounting entry, reconciling, and process activities within the Finance department. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to processing daily deposits, monthly journal entries and account reconciling, assisting treasury reconciliations, mail sorting and occasional invoice entry. This position will also serve as the back-up for Payroll.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Two (2) years of bookkeeping / accounting experience if education level is High School diploma or equivalent One (1) year of bookkeeping / accounting experience if education level is Associate degree in
Accounting Preferred:
Three (3) years of bookkeeping / accounting experience
Essential Job Functions:
In addition to the essential functions of the job listed below, employees must maintain timely completion of all required education, trainings, and certifications as assigned and in accordance with Bozeman Health policies, department-specific requirements, applicable certification program and registry requirements, and other applicable regulatory requirements. Schedule Requirements:
This role requires regular and sustained attendance. The position may necessitate working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts. On-call work may be required to respond promptly to organizational, patient, or employee needs.
