This role is ideal for someone with experience in invoicing, billing, account research, and vendor management who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys resolving financial discrepancies.

Manage billing processes and resolve invoice discrepancies. Research customer accounts to identify and resolve payment issues. Reconcile account balances and investigate variances. Monitor outstanding receivables and support collection efforts. Respond to customer and vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account status. Maintain accurate customer and vendor records. Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing and payment processes. Qualifications 2+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems. Experience with account reconciliation and financial research. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Dynamics 365. Previous experience supporting vendor relationships and account management.
