Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and entry into the ERP systemReview purchase orders, receipts, and supporting documentation to facilitate timely paymentsAssist with month-end close activities, including expense tracking and accrual supportPartner with procurement and operational teams to ensure accurate financial recordsSupport audit requests and maintain organized accounting documentationIdentify opportunities to improve AP processes and workflows
