Guaranteed Supply Company is a family-owned construction materials supplier that has been operating for over 60 years. We are looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our corporate accounting department in Greensboro, NC! This is a full time position with benefits, including 401k with company match, profit sharing, medical/dental/vision insurance with optional family coverage, PTO, paid holidays, educational reimbursement and more! This position is in-office, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Our ideal candidate must have a knack for numbers, attention to detail, and be comfortable talking to vendors.

Responsibilities Corporate Payables:

Review, accurately code, and enter invoices Reconcile and update inventory transfers and adjustments Calculate freight costs per purchase order and bill customers for direct shipments 3-way Matching between purchase order, receiving documents, and invoices Inventory support for Form Rentals Process ACH and check payments while maintaining accurate payment records and supporting documentation Assist with vendor setup and maintain vendor records such as W-9s and payment information Serve as the primary AP contact: Reconcile vendor statements, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and respond to inquiries from vendors and intercompany employees across 15 branches Track mileage logs for Salesforce Support month-end close activities, audit requests, reporting needs, and other projects as assigned Qualifications 2+ years of Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Bookkeeping experience Experience processing high-volume invoices Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and controls Basic to intermediate math and Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills Able to work independently to problem-solve and manage multiple deadlines
