In a high volume environment, this role reviews invoices for accuracy, resolves payment discrepancies, reconciles accounts, and collaborates with vendors and internal stakeholders to support efficient financial operations. Process and verify vendor invoices and payment requests. Ensure timely payment of approved invoices. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation. Respond to vendor inquiries and assist with issue resolution. Support month-end closing activities and financial audits. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
