This flexible, part-time position is ideal for an accounting professional looking for a consistent, short-term project with standard daytime hours.

Pay:

$25-30/hour DOE ...

Schedule:

Part-time, approximately 20-25 hours per week (4-5 hours per day)

Assignment Duration:

3-6 months (end of Dec, or Q1 2027)

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on client transactions beyond payment terms
• Support the collections of outstanding payments
• Interface with customers, typically in construction, transportation, logistics and energy sectors
• Dual entry in both systems which transitioning software platforms
• Miscellaneous accounting support as needed.

Working hours:

Great Plains Dynamics or NetSuite experience preferred

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a accounts receivable role.
• Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Great Plains Dynamics or NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel
• Must have a high degree of keyboarding accuracy
