Job Description
WE'RE HIRING - ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE / OFFICE POSITION
Edward H. Schwartz Construction Inc. is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our office team in New England, ND . The primary focus of this position will be Accounts Receivable , along with assisting with other general office duties as needed.Responsibilities may include:
Preparing and processing customer invoices Tracking outstanding accounts receivable Recording and applying customer payments Following up on outstanding balances Maintaining accurate customer and billing records Preparing statements and other A/R reports Assisting with construction project billing and paperwork Filing and maintaining company records Answering phones and assisting with general office duties Communicating with customers, employees, vendors, and project personnel We're looking for someone who: Is organized and detail-oriented Is dependable and able to work independently Has strong communication and customer service skills Is comfortable working with numbers and financial information Has basic computer and office software skills Is willing to learn our accounting and construction-related programs Previous accounts receivable, bookkeeping, accounting, or office experience is preferred , but we are willing to train the right person.
