Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations. Excellent customer relations skills. Professional appearance, and verbal and written communication skills. Duties Process tenant rent payments and paying bills with industry specific property management software. Balance bank statements Generate owner monthly statements and annual statements Submit collection accounts Generate year end 1099's Communicate with tenants, property owners and maintenance people Qualifications Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role. Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Candidate must be eager, energetic, flexible and reliable
