Job Description
AP Specialist Camden, NJ | Contract - Potential for Permanent | In-Office (5 Days/Week) $20 - $24/hr What You'll Do Process full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice coding, matching, and entry Match purchase orders, receiving documents, and vendor invoices (2-way/3-way match) Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams Process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers Reconcile vendor statements and respond to vendor inquiries Support month-end close, including AP accruals and account reconciliations Maintain accurate AP records and support W-9 collection / 1099 reporting What You'll Bring Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) Sharp attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills Why You'll Love It Weekly Pay Strong Path to Permanent Hire Hands-On Mentorship from the Accounting Manager Collaborative, Supportive Team Environment Ready to build your accounting career with a company that's ready to invest in you?
