Job Description
Responsibilities
- Generate invoices and account statements monthly and when requested by a tenant or management
- Apply and post receipts and NSFs timely and accurately
- Process move-in and move-out accounting timely and accurately on an as-needed basis
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate and resolve any discrepancies monthly
- Reconcile cash receipts and security deposit account (s) monthly
- Assist with creating
CAM/TAX/INS
Reconciliation Recovery Schedules- Analyze Tenant questions regarding Recoveries or any other charges
- File all sales and use tax and GIT-ER tax every quarter
- Assist with the year-end audit process by preparing supporting documents
- Perform ad hoc/special projects and reports as requested by management
- Meet with Tenants to review ledgers
- Reconcile Bank Reconciliations for Corporate operating, savings, and investment accounts
- Perform Intercompany reconciliations
- Assist with Tax Return Preparation Requirements
- 3+ Years of experience in accounts receivable within real estate
- Experience with Yardi is a must cob1
