$28.00 - $32.00 About the Role We are seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Accounts Payable Associate to join a busy manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end AP experience, including 3-way matching , invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and working within an ERP-based accounting system . This is an excellent opportunity for an AP professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and managing a high volume of transactions with accuracy and attention to detail. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable process from invoice receipt through payment. Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper approval. Perform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentation. Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and exceptions. Reconcile vendor statements and AP accounts. Verify appropriate coding and approvals before processing payments. Maintain accurate vendor records and AP documentation. Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment and invoice issues. Assist with month-end AP closing activities and reconciliations. Ensure transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system. Support reporting and other accounting functions as needed. Qualifications Prior full-cycle Accounts Payable experience required. Strong hands-on experience with 3-way matching . Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred. ERP-based accounting system experience is required. Strong understanding of AP processes, invoice coding, purchase orders, and receiving. Experience reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is preferred.

An experienced AP professional who understands the complete invoice-to-payment cycle, is comfortable with 3-way matching, and has worked extensively within an ERP system in a manufacturing or similar environment.
