This position is with our Accounts Receivable Team. Collection and reconciliation of past due accounts Reporting and analysis Dispute resolution Communication with customer base and team members from all offices, with a focus on our Midwest regional customer base The applicant must possess: An understanding of accounting and financial processes in business Strong customer service skills for phone and email work, Be self- motivated and able to work independently while keeping in mind team goals/KPIs Proficient in Excel Superior time management skills Freight industry experience a plus Bachelor's Degree in Accounting not required, but a plus Benefits Available Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life, STD, LTD, Accident, Hospitalization, Legal Discretionary Annual 401k match Discretionary Performance Bonus opportunities
