Full-Time or Part-Time Job Overview Our pharmacy is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting tasks, and ensuring all transactions are recorded efficiently and correctly. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Process invoices, payments, and expense reports Prepare financial reports and assist with monthly and year-end closing Monitor cash flow and identify discrepancies Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Assist with payroll processing (if applicable) Collaborate with management to support financial decision-making Qualifications 1-3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience required Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic accounting principles Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience with payroll systems Familiarity with financial reporting and audits Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($19-$26 based on experience) Flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time options available) Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive and professional work environment Paid time off (for full-time employees) On-the-job training and development
