Accounts PayablePayroll Specialist Be a part of our talented and growing team! Are you looking for an Accounts PayablePayroll Specialist position in an office setting? At Princeton Medical Group, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team to support our wide variety of medical specialties!

Personal medical and dental insurance 401k and profit-sharing plan Life insurance 3 weeks' vacation time 40 hours of paid sick leave Employee Assistance Program Accounts PayablePayroll Specialist Responsibilities As an important part of our clinical operations, your duties will include: Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 200 employees using a third-party payroll provider Review and validate timekeeping data for accuracy and completeness Coordinate with HR on new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and benefits deductions Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assist with year-end payroll activities including W-2 reconciliation Process vendor invoices accurately and timely Obtain appropriate approvals and code invoices to the general ledger Prepare and process check runs and electronic payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain organized and accurate AP files and documentation Assist with 1099 preparation and reporting Assist with monthly bank and credit card reconciliations Support month-end close processes Maintain financial records in accordance with internal controls Assist with audit requests and financial reporting as needed Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assignedAccounts PayablePayroll Specialist Requirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 3+ years of payroll and/or accounts payable experience (healthcare environment preferred) Experience working with third-party payroll vendors; iSolved experience a plus Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; Quickbooks experience preferred High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsSchedule:
Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, 40 hours scheduled per week.Healthcare Setting:
