Researching and resolving account discrepancies. Ensuring cash applications are performed in an accurately and timely manner. Working cross-functionally with other departments for a more positive customer experience Maintains the integrity of customer accounts and relationships by keeping information confidential Setting objectives for the account receivable team that align with the accounting department's goals. Other duties as assigned Experience/Qualifications Associate's degree or minimum of 2-4 years of AR experience Basic computer skills with the ability to create and edit Microsoft Word, Excel documents, and create Outlook emails Excellent organizational skills Ability to multi-task Prompt and punctual Accuracy and attention to detail Math skills to handle financial data
