Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We're seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage a high-volume portfolio of 800+ B2B customer accounts. This is a dedicated AR role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in collections and customer account management. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of 800+ B2B customer accounts Monitor aging and prioritize collection of past-due invoices Build strong relationships with customers and maintain consistent follow-up Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies Accurately apply payments, credits, and adjustments Monitor customer credit limits and coordinate credit increases as needed Resolve unapplied payments, short payments, and account issues Maintain accurate AR records and account documentation Qualifications Strong Accounts Receivable and B2B collections experience Experience independently managing a large, high-volume AR portfolio Distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, or similar B2B experience preferred Strong knowledge of aging, collections, reconciliations, and credit management Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working with Microsoft-based accounting systems
