Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-time Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring accurate billing and collection tasks.. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will contribute significantly to our revenue cycle management and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Process and work order tickets using various billing software and accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Open Ticket/Open Invoice, ISS, and Ariba to ensure timely billing cycles Manage collections accounts by following up on overdue invoices through professional client communication and negotiation Perform data entry tasks with precision, including updating spreadsheets Support the revenue cycle by handling billing inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and resolving billing issues promptly Experience Previous experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within public accounting, governmental, or non-profit sectors Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online Proficiency in Excel data analysis, formulas, spreadsheets, and 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry Excellent communication skills for client interaction and professional phone etiquette Ability to analyze financial data accurately using Excel formulas and perform account analysis with attention to detail Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values precision, proactive problem-solving, and excellent service.
