Focus on orthodontic care while we manage many of the day-to-day business and administrative responsibilities, including billing, collections, and human resources. Work alongside experienced receptionists, dental assistants, and clinical support staff. Benefit from strong clinical support and an established organizational infrastructure. Practice with modern orthodontic technology and materials, including digital Pan/Ceph imaging, Apteryx imaging software, pre-coated adhesive brackets, wires, and other orthodontic supplies. Join a growing dental organization with 35 clinics and more than 600 employees across Illinois, Indiana, New Mexico, Wisconsin, and Texas. Compensation & Benefits Compensation and benefits may vary based on experience, location, and other factors. Earning potential of up to $400,000+ annually for full-time providers $1,350+ per day $100 per banding Two weeks of paid vacation for full-time providers Dental license reimbursement Comprehensive medical benefits, including family coverage Malpractice insurance provided $2,000 annual continuing education allowance Relocation/sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 Sponsorship available for eligible H-1B, TN, and Green Card candidates 401(k) with employer match Responsibilities Examine, diagnose, and develop comprehensive orthodontic treatment plans. Provide high-quality orthodontic care, including placement and adjustment of braces, appliances, and retention devices. Direct and support Dental Assistants and auxiliary team members. Collaborate with other providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation and dental records. Comply with applicable federal and state regulations, dental board requirements, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
Requirements:
DDS or DMD degree Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program Board-certified or board-eligible Orthodontist Current New Mexico dental license or eligibility for licensure Internationally trained dentists must complete a U.S. Advanced Standing DDS/DMD program 3-5 years of experience preferred; new graduates considered Familia Dental is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
