Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive cleanup of financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage and organize bookkeeping tasks efficiently.
- Support the preparation of overdue tax documents by reconciling accounts and verifying data.
- Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes to maintain financial accuracy.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to align financial records with statements.
- Collaborate with the client to address outstanding accounting issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and standards throughout the project.
- Provide regular progress updates to the client and recommend strategies for improved financial organization.
- Assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed to support the project's completion.
