Job Description

Position Summary:
The Accounts Payable Administrator is primarily responsible for performing various accounts payable functions on behalf of Hirschi Companies, LLC, and its affiliate companies. Essential Job Responsibilities Perform Accounts Payable duties for Hirschi Companies and to ensure accurate and timely recordings of all payables. Work with the AP Supervisor to determine appropriate weekly payables to vendors Record, code, and process all invoices for payment Perform reconciliation on employee credit card statements Match invoices to received documents. Receive PO items and quickly resolve discrepancies. Review G/L coding on all invoices. Reconcile vendor statements and quickly resolve all discrepancies. Print vendor checks as approved by CFO and coordinate their delivery. File paid and unpaid invoices and statements. Fulfill other duties as assigned by the AP Supervisor.
Experience, Educational, and Additional Requirements:
Minimum 3-year experience as an AP Clerk or Administrator preferred Must have excellent organization and problem-solving skills Must be able to operate to use Microsoft Office and Computer Ease software Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills Must be organized and detailed oriented Pass mandatory drug test required
