Responsibilities:

Assist Accounts Receivable Supervisor with residential billing Maintain and review monthly billing log Process customer payments Research and call on past due accounts Assist with vendor releases for clients Assist Accounts Receivable Supervisor with coordination of certificates of insurance for clients Communicate with internal sales team Front desk support which includes greeting clients and visitors, in person or on the phone. Answer, screen, and forward phone calls in a professional manner Other administrative and billing tasks as assigned by

Accounts Receivable Supervisor Qualifications/Requirements:

Proven work experience in accounts receivable Working knowledge of general and/or construction accounting Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and a team player Excellent organization skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and multitask Must be able to effectively work with strict deadlines We have benefits available for full-time employees: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, PTO, and Paid Holidays (after 90 days of employment).
