We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Bookkeeper to join our dynamic company. In this vital role, you will manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring the integrity of our accounting processes. Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks and AppFolio. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Conduct bank reconciliations and account reconciliations regularly to verify accuracy Support tax filings and account analysis as needed to maintain financial integrity. Qualifications Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or AppFolio. Strong understanding of financial concepts and double entry bookkeeping Familiarity with bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable management, and collections A highly motivated individual with strong organizational skills is needed Effective communication skills and ability to work independently as well as a team.
