Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the company's accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of financial data, support strategic decision-making, and uphold our commitment to transparency and excellence. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle bookkeeping processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries, tax Reconcile balance sheets, bank statements, and subsidiary ledgers regularly to ensure accuracy Prepare and review journal entries in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and company policies Maintain and update financial software systems such as QuickBooks , crms used. Conduct detailed account analysis and perform month-end closing procedures with precision Handle confidential financial information with integrity and discretion Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and audit preparation as needed Qualifications Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, preferably with exposure to governmental or corporate accounting environments Strong knowledge of accounting systems such as Workday, ADP, QuickBooks, service related crms.
