In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and ensure vehicle transactions are accurate, complete, and processed efficiently. Responsibilities Full job description Kia City of the Bronx, a high volume, Integrity Auto Group, Car Dealer, seeks an Accounting Deal Processing Clerk for a fast paced, high-volume office. •Prior Franchise Car Dealer Accounting Office experience required for consideration•The Deal Processing clerk will enter all sold deals into the accounting system, payoff customer trade ins, keep track of incoming titles and lien releases for trades, clean inventory schedules, post reserves, floorplan payoffs and additions and dealer exchange paperwork. The right candidate will be able to learn quickly, have 2 or more years of Car Dealer Accounting Office experience, basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail. There is room for growth and advancement within the office. DealerTrack experience is a plus. Hours are 8-5; Monday through Friday.
