Job Description
Overview Sheralven Enterprises Ltd. is a successful wholesale/distributor of a wide variety of brand-name fragrances. This person will need to have an inventory background to be successful and understand how orders, returns and chargebacks function. Responsible for collection calls and statement preparation. Be able to navigate customer portals to determine if all information has been submitted to customer to collect payment, or research deductions and chargebacks. Duties and responsibilities Experience and understanding of Chargebacks Understanding of Inventory A/R required Maintains account status and places accounts on hold Process credit memos and chargeback resolutions Qualifications Bachelors degree preferred; Associate degree, in Accounting, acceptable Proficiency in Excel is a MUST Inventory Accounts Receivable experience required Knowledge of business-to-business sales, supply chain, order fulfillment Accounting system knowledge, experience with S2K and EDI a plus We invite you to visit our website http://www.sheralven.com/ to learn more about our company.
