full-time Our client, a well-established automotive dealership group, is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join its accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong automotive accounting background and be responsible for posting deals, reconciling schedules, calculating commissions, and supporting the overall financial operations of the dealership. Responsibilities Post vehicle sales and lease deals accurately and timely. Reconcile accounting schedules and balance sheet accounts. Calculate and process sales and finance commissions. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Research and resolve accounting discrepancies. Maintain financial records in accordance with dealership policies and procedures. Work closely with management, sales, and finance departments. Support daily operations of the accounting office. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of automotive dealership accounting experience. Experience posting deals and reconciling schedules. Knowledge of dealership commission structures and calculations. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Proficiency in dealership management systems and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
