$80,000 - $95,000/yr, depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate
Type:
Direct Hire Key Responsibilities Full?cycle accounting including AP, AR, and general ledger maintenance. Job costing across labor, materials, subcontractors, and project phases. Prepare AIA progress billings and supporting documentation. Maintain subcontractor compliance files (W?9s, insurance certificates, indemnification forms). Process payroll and assist with onboarding and benefits coordination. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to support real?time cash flow tracking. Provide documentation for insurance audits, tax preparation, and internal reporting. Support the Controller with additional accounting tasks as needed. Required Qualifications 5+ years of bookkeeping experience within the construction industry. Strong proficiency in full?cycle accounting and project accounting. Experience with AP, credit card coding, vendor reconciliations, and compliance documentation. Ability to manage a high?volume workload with accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency with construction accounting software (Sage 100 Contractor preferred).
