Job Description

We are an industrial equipment supplier company, seeking an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to manage accounting and other office duties. Your responsibilities will include entering invoices and payments in in Sage and Quickbooks; communicating with clients and vendors, and you will also be required to produce monthly reports in Excel. You will also be responsible for HR duties and other office related matters such as insurance, and benefits. Responsibilities Job Qualifications and Skill Sets, Below are the qualifications expected of a bookkeeper: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and office etiquette. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Must be punctual, detail-oriented and able to prioritize Able to work independently and as part of a team
