Job Description

Responsibilities Enter and validate invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies Handle accounts payable tasks, including processing payments and reconciling vendor statements Assist with accounts receivable functions, such as generating and sending invoices, and following up on outstanding payments Verify and prepare 1099 forms as required Conduct inventory audits and assist with inventory management Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks Desktop Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies Prepare financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting Assist with other bookkeeping and financial tasks as assigned Requirements Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role Proficiency in using QuickBooks Desktop is essential Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Solid knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Familiarity with 1099 forms and reporting requirements Ability to conduct inventory audits and manage inventory records Experience with internal CRM and ticketing systems is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication and collaboration abilities Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
