Monitor aging AR reports and follow up with clients on outstanding balances via professional phone calls and email communications. Handle client inquiries regarding invoices, account updates, and billing details by phone and email. Assist with learning, setting up, and processing payroll with union rules and reporting requirements. Maintain organized digital and paper billing files. Collaborate with project managers and field operations to resolve billing discrepancies.
