Full Charge Bookkeeper About Us:

As we grow, we're looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper who is highly detail-oriented, experienced with QuickBooks Online, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting for multiple business entities using QuickBooks Online Handle accounts payable/receivable , payroll processing , bank reconciliations , and month-end closings Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial statements Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure compliance with internal policies and governmental accounting regulations. Assis in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights on financial performance Prepare spreadsheets and conduct account analysis and financial reporting Ensure compliance with GAAP , company policies, and industry regulations

Qualifications:

Experience with QuickBooks Online is required Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and general ledger reconciliation. Ability to work independently as well as spart of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Excellent organizational , analytical , and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets) A degree in accounting or finance is preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered
