Key Responsibilities:
Process large volumes of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently across multiple companies and business units Manage charge documentation for credit card programs Review or obtain approvals and supporting documentation for invoices to ensure proper coding Resolve invoice discrepancies, pricing variances, and approval issues by collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders Prepare and process weekly payment runs through checks, ACH, and other payment methods Ensure accurate intercompany allocations and transactions when applicable Respond to vendor inquiries and internal customer requests in a professional and timely manner
