Post customer payments, including checks, ACH, wire transfers, and credit card transactions.
Apply cash receipts and research unapplied payments.
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due balances.
Perform collections activities while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
Prepare account statements and customer correspondence.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
