Medina, OH Job Details Full-time $20 - $24 an hour 21 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications Sage Customer service Sales order data entry Attention to detail Customer support Full Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting and customer service professional to join our expanding operation. The ideal candidate will be assisting with A/R and A/P functions. Responsibilities Process and record sales orders, A/R invoices and incoming payments accurately and efficiently. Utilize accounting software Sage 100 for financial reporting. Willing to train if familiar with some accounting software. Support accounts payable functions as needed, which include entering Receipt of Invoice and AP functions. Assist in check runs and notifying vendors of payments. Customer service support. Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable position and/or an Accounts Payable position in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy. Experience with accounting software such as Quicken or Sage is advantageous. Company is over 100 year-old stable company with long tenured employees.
