AP Clerk $46k-$50k On-Site | Dayton, OH AP Clerk Responsibilities Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and on time Verify, code, and obtain approvals for invoices Prepare semi-monthly check runs and match payments to supporting documentation The AP Clerk will prepare daily bank deposits Work with managers and dealership teams to resolve invoice and approval issues Maintain accurate AP records and support overall team performance AP Clerk Qualifications Experience as an AP Clerk or in high-volume accounts payable Proficiency with ERP/AP systems and basic Excel Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment If you're an experienced AP Clerk looking to join a stable team with growth potential, we'd love to hear from you.
