Job Description

Welcome to Love's! Our Credit Services department is currently seeking a Reconciliation Coordinator II to manage and resolve transactional fleet card exceptions. This role is essential in addressing all fleet card discrepancies, ensuring exceptional service for both external and internal customers.
Job Functions:
Reconcile Fleet card transactions using ReconNet software daily. This includes analyzing and timely coding outstanding items according to procedures. Ensure items are correctly coded for cash over short. Ensure items are correctly coded for collections. Ensure any anomalies identified are escalated as needed. Work with internal groups to ensure adjustments are correct and complete, updating procedures as needed. Non-Recon.net reconciliations as assigned. Other duties assigned as needed
Experience and Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of accounting, reconciliation, or other related experience.
Skills:
Hard skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Emphasis on
Excel and Outlook Soft Skills:
Excellent oral and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong attention to detail Time management skills Team player
Typical Physical Demands:
Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
