Job Description

Concordia Visiting Nurses is a Medicare-certified, state licensed, Medicaid approved home health agency operating in nine Western Pennsylvania counties. For well over a decade, Concordia Visiting Nurses has provided high-quality skilled nursing, palliative care, and a variety of therapy services to our patients. Our goal is to deliver quality home health services, in good faith, to those who entrust themselves to our care and to minister to the unique needs of each individual with respect, dignity, and compassion. Accounts Receivable Coordinator:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in computer operations, including Microsoft Office Impeccable customer service skills Experience with Microsoft Excel is required; experience with EMR software is recommended Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively What you'll do as an
Accounts Receivable Coordinator:
Submit accurate invoices in a timely manner to various payers Follow up on outstanding accounts by communicating with insurance companies and/or patients Maintain organized records of accounts receivable transactions Collaborate with team members to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, located at our Concordia Cabot campus.
