- Code invoices and remit them to the office daily
- Review prior month's parts reconciliation and follow reconciling items to fruition
- Compile all documents for proper month end reconciliation and review with Parts Manager, General Manager, and Office Manager
- Keep record of dirty and clean cores as well as follow through with returns
- Collect PFR amounts
- Assist in internet function when necessary Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior accounts payable experience preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience in automotive industry or in retail accounting office
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet all deadlines
- Must have the ability to work well with all levels of staff and management
- Effective organization and prioritization skills
- Excellent computer, verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Experience with MS Excel, Word and Outlook The typical schedule for an Accounts Payable Clerk is Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
