Job Description

We're helping hire an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support billing, collections, account reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with customers, managing receivables, and contributing to a collaborative finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable support, payroll liaison activities, and general accounting tasksReconcile bank accounts and post and balance financial data across various ledgersInput and maintain timesheet data accuratelyVerify financial documents and coding for accuracy and completenessProcess payments and assist with monthly closing activities and annual reportingCommunicate with shippers, customers, sales and marketing teams, and other stakeholders regarding account inquiriesManage collections efforts by contacting customers regarding outstanding balances and assisting with payment arrangementsMaintain accurate customer account records and resolve payment discrepanciesSupport, communicate, and uphold the organization's mission, values, and culture
