PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a recognized leader in the shipping & receiving industry to find a detail-driven Accounts Receivable Associate. In this role, you'll play a critical part in keeping financial operations running smoothly—ensuring payments are processed accurately, issues are resolved quickly, and revenue flows without disruption. What You'll Do As an Accounts Receivable Associate, your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Performing daily account and payment reconciliations Resolving problem checks and correcting proof discrepancies Preparing and making bank deposits ing shippers regarding checks that cannot be processed Processing iing mail and supporting data entry and form processing Typing and maintaining accurate financial records Assisting with collection support projects as needed Providing general administrative and accounting support to the team What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of accounting or accounts receivable processes Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment Proficiency with data entry and basicputer applications Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in accounts receivable, banking, or finance support Experience working in shipping, logistics, or receiving environments Familiarity with reconciliation, deposits, or collections support Strongmunication and problem-solving skills Ready to ? $16.30 to $21.05 per hour
