Description Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys building customer relationships and ensuring timely payment of invoices? We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing organization and play a key role in managing customer accounts, cash collections, and financial accuracy. Why Join Us?

+ Generate and distribute customer invoices in a timely manner.
+ Post cash receipts, ACH payments, wire transfers, and credit card transactions.
+ Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
+ Research, reconcile, and resolve payment discrepancies.
+ Maintain accurate customer account records and aging reports.
+ Communicate with customers regarding account status and payment inquiries.
+ Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues.
+ Assist with month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and reporting. Requirements Qualifications
+ Previous experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or general accounting.
+ Strong understanding of invoicing, cash application, and account reconciliation processes.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
+ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
+ Experience working with high-volume transactions and customer accounts.
+ Knowledge of month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
