This role will take a hands-on approach to assessing current processes, identifying operational inefficiencies, implementing improvements, and establishing scalable procedures that support long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in AP and P2P operations, process transformation, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience with SAP Ariba and Procure-to-Pay implementations is highly desirable. Accounts Payable (AP) and Procure-to-Pay(P2P) Consultant Evaluate end-to-end Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities. Improve and streamline workflows across purchasing, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management. Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, IT, Tax, Supplier Master Data, and Accounts Payable teams to resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements. Analyze Ariba and operational data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance performance and efficiency. Support SAP Ariba optimization efforts, including troubleshooting, workflow enhancements, and process improvements. Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and process consistency across AP and P2P functions. Create and maintain process documentation, workflow maps, standard operating procedures, and best practices. Lead the implementation of sustainable solutions that improve accuracy, efficiency, and overall business operations. Drive issue resolution and process optimization initiatives while ensuring successful adoption by key stakeholders. Deliver practical, hands-on support and ensure processes, controls, and documentation remain effective after project completion. Skills/Qualifications of Accounts Payable (AP) and Procure-to-Pay(P2P) Consultant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. Strong experience supporting Accounts Payable and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including POs, invoices, goods receipts, approvals, payments, and supplier management. Proven success identifying process gaps, implementing workflow improvements, and optimizing AP/P2P operations. Experience with SAP Ariba, including data analysis, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and process improvement initiatives. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to drive operational efficiencies. Experience partnering with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, IT, Tax, Supplier Master Data, and Accounts Payable teams. Strong process documentation, workflow mapping, problem-solving, and communication skills; experience with SOX controls and indirect tax is a plus. Prior SAP Ariba implementation experience and experience in a Manager, Senior Manager, or higher-level AP, Procurement, or Finance Operations role are highly preferred.
