Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an Accounts Receivable Clerk! We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our client's accounting team with a high-impact data cleanup and customer account verification project. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative or accounting support experience looking to join a growing team, with the potential to become a permanent employee. Responsibilities Contact customers via phone and email to confirm billing, payment, and account information Accurately update customer records and payment details within the accounting system Research and resolve incomplete or inaccurate account information Assist with identifying and correcting billing discrepancies Support the accounting team with administrative tasks related to accounts receivable and payment records Maintain organized documentation of customer communications and account updates Handle confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion Identify recurring data issues and communicate opportunities for process improvements Qualifications Previous experience in accounts receivable, accounting support, data entry, or administrative roles preferred Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and through email Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new software Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an accounting or finance department Strong customer service background with professional communication skills Experience maintaining and updating large volumes of dataPosition Details Location:
