CAREER SITE Full Time Job Duties Compiles and analyzes payroll data to ensure the correct accountability and payment of salaries, wages, and garnishments. Verifies and maintains reported tips data. Compiles statistical payroll reports and payroll data entries. Works with payroll system to ensure accurate and timely processing. Reviews labor hours submitted by departments. Contacts patrons to collect all moneys due to Mohegan Pennsylvania for counter checks or cash equivalents that have returned, related to collections. Complies with casino regulatory rules and regulations and casino internal and accounting controls relating to collections. At times communicates with in-house attorneys or outside legal counsel regarding disposition of patron accounts. Maintains reports on collection figures. Assists Staff Accountants with various assignments including preparation of basic journal entries and account analysis. Performs other related duties as assigned. Promotes superior guest service. Minimum Qualifications Experience with data entry and automated payroll systems. Prior experience in casino collections, casino credit or two years in credit/collections outside of the casino industry preferred. One-year previous clerical experience in accounting operations, preferred. Experience with spreadsheet software and basic computer skills.
