We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support our accounting team. This role is responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system. Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts. Prepare and process weekly check and electronic payments. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies. Maintain organized AP records and assist with other accounting tasks as needed. Must have previous Accounts Payable or general accounting experience. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines. Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
