Full Job Description Position Summary:
Assists the Department in data entry, clerical, and support functions. Assists in the completion of the Department's projects and tasks. Also assists in other areas of the Association as needed. Interacts professionally and cooperatively with staff, state boards of pharmacy, and other organizations and individuals outside the Association.

Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma required.
  • 1+ years of office experience required, preferably in Accounting.
  • Data entry skills and Excel experience required.
  • Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is preferred (is a plus).
Key ResponsibilitiesResults Accounting Responsibilites 1. Process accounts payable. 2. Prepares invoices for the Association including state newsletters, accreditation, etc. 3. Creates orders and return orders in order management systems. 4. Create and reconcile AR payment batches. 5. Processes accounts receivable entry to customer accounts 6. Codes American Express bill and creates journal entry 7. Answer customer calls as needed. 8. Performs monthly analysis of missing payables invoices. 9.
Performs clerical tasks:
sorting, filing, copying, and miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned. Other Responsibilities 1. Conduct research and prepare reports as directed by the Accounting Manager. 2. Conduct internal audits assigned by the Accounting Manager. 3. Assist with budget and audit processes as needed. Critical Thinking / Problem Solving 1. Pay:
$22.50 - $24.72 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
