Kinetic Staffing is seeking immediately available Accounting Specialists to support a large-scale corporate project in Wilmington, DE. This project is ideal for accounting professionals with strong reconciliation experience. These temporary, full-time positions are expected to begin soon and continue through December, with potential to extend. The positions are hybrid within commutable distance to Wilmington, DE for training and other project needs. Responsibilities Review high-volume account and transaction reconciliation reports. Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and reconciliation issues. Utilize intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel templates to organize, analyze, and present accounting data. Perform related accounting functions as assigned. Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation throughout the project. Ensure assigned work is completed accurately and within project deadlines. Requirements Review high-volume account and transaction reconciliation reports. Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and reconciliation issues. Utilize intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel templates to organize, analyze, and present accounting data.
