About the Company Camlin Fine Sciences manufactures ingredients for the food, pet food, animal feed, nutraceutical, and chemical industries. Across our Shelf Life Solutions, Aroma Products, Health & Wellness, and Performance Chemicals platforms, we bring science to everyday life. About the Role We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist to support our Accounting team. You will manage key steps in the customer billing process, from Post Goods Issue (PGI) transactions and invoicing to recording customer deposits. Your work will help keep billing accurate, timely, and consistent. This part-time role is a good fit for someone who enjoys organized, process-driven work and can take ownership of recurring tasks. What You'll Do Process PGI transactions and prepare accurate, timely customer invoices. Record customer deposits and maintain supporting documentation. Support accounts receivable activities related to customer billing and payments. Review transactions, investigate discrepancies, and help resolve billing questions. Maintain billing logs, records, and other documentation. Coordinate with internal teams on invoicing and billing matters. Assist with month-end billing and cash receipt activities. Follow established accounting procedures and identify ways to improve efficiency while maintaining accuracy and control. What You'll Bring Experience working with an ERP system; SAP experience is strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail, data entry skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel. The ability to follow established procedures, manage deadlines, and work independently. Clear communication, sound problem-solving skills, and discretion with financial information. An associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered. Two or more years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounting, or a related field is preferred. Experience processing invoices and customer payments is a plus.
